The state government hosting 'Millet Mahotsav 2025' in seven municipal corporations—Ahmedabad, Jamnagar, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Surat, Bhavnagar, and Rajkot to popularize millets among people
The event aims to gather 1,000 farmers from millet and natural farming FPOs, NGOs, consumers, and experts. "This two-day festival will serve as a platform for exploring the benefits of millets and natural farming,"
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will inaugurate the event in Ahmedabad, with other ministers attending in different cities. The festival will feature 125 state-level and 75 district-level stalls showcasing millet products and organic farming techniques.
